I have been using a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. The mouse died a few months ago and I bought a wireless mouse to replace it so as to save a couple of bucks. Yesterday I used the mute button on the keyboard and was unable to unmute my computer. I went to Office Max and bought a new keyboard and mouse and installed it and the sound still will not turn back on. I live in Northern Trumbull county in Kinsman Help Please

It was a bit more complicated than I would have thought but once we determined the speakers worked on another PC the rest was pretty easy.
